At Rodak Motor GRP, we strive to offer top-notch used motorcycle parts. However, we understand that there may be instances where you need to return a part. It's essential that you read our return policy carefully before making a purchase.
Returns for Unused Parts: We accept returns for unused parts within 15 days of purchase. To qualify for a return, the part must be in its original packaging and in the same condition as when you received it. The customer will be responsible for all expenses related to returning the part.
Returns for Installed Parts: We don't permit or accept returns for parts that have already been installed on a motorcycle. Before installation, please ensure that the part is the correct one. If you're uncertain about the part's compatibility, please contact your local authorized dealership for fitment information.
Returns for Electronic Parts: All electronic parts are considered final sale and cannot be returned.
Defective Parts: If you come across a defective part, please inform us within 15 days of purchase. Once we've received and examined the part, we will either replace it or issue a refund. If a functional part claiming to be defective is returned, only 50% will be refunded to the original payment method. (i.e. If a part is purchased and returned in working condition, but, is claimed to be defective, only 50% of the original purchase price of the product only will be returned, excluding the cost of shipping.)
Refunds: Refunds will be processed in the same manner as the original payment. The refund process will take 5-10 business days after we have received the returned part.
